UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

General delivery information 

  • We aim to despatch all standard orders within 1-2 business days from our UK Warehouse
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays are despatched on the next business day
  • If the delivery of your order is time-critical, we recommend selecting Priority Next Day delivery and order before 12 noon
  • All UK Shipments are delivered by DPD. They will send you pre-delivery notification and an estimate delivery time via SMS and/or email
  • You can also track your parcel via the DPD iOS / Android App and leave delivery instructions if you are not in

      If you wish to cancel an order that you have recently placed then please send us an email hello@finebedding.co.uk or use the chat function quoting your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Free 30 day returns policy

 

  • We hope you enjoy our products, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products we offer a free 30 day returns or exchange policy from the date you receive your delivery.
  • You have the right to inspect the product and if after inspection you wish to return the product please do so ensuring there is no damage to the product or its packaging.
  • Items must be returned in a resellable condition. Used products cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty by both parties.
  • We will issue a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for you to return the goods to us.
  • Goods for return must be despatched to us within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them or within 30 days from the date of delivery, whichever is the longer.
  • All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
  • Refunds including delivery charges (where paid) equivalent to the cost of our Standard Delivery service will be made within 14 days of either us getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of tracked shipping), whichever is the sooner.
